My life has brought me many great experiences. I've been fortunate to have trained with some of the best athletes in the world and worked with coaches that helped mold me into the person I am today. That passion still burns inside of me. As I've progressed through life, I've learned how to balance career, family, and the day to day functions of life while living the lifestyle of an athlete. I believe balance is the key to enjoying all aspects of one's life, but it's not something that comes easy. Here at Jada Studios, I want to help bring that balance to your lifestyle.

  • Designing
    Training Plans

    $100 (monthly cost)

    A monthly (4 weeks) workout schedule focused specifically on the individual’s goals, time constraints and attentive to improving areas of concern in the body. The plan will be sent every Sunday with the week’s specific goal and an outline of the daily workouts.

  • Personal Fitness
    Coaching Sessions

    $80 each (1 hour)

    Any individual who is receiving monthly training plans, has the option to schedule periodic personal training session to touch base and make sure they reach their desired goals.
